For fractional owners at Villa la Estancia Residences, your expense fees cover the cost of ongoing housekeeping, all maintenance, repairs, replacements and wear and tear as required. A professional housekeeper is supervised by the manager, assuring the property is always clean and maintained in a first class condition, as you would expect. Full owners may choose to hire a professional housekeeper through the Villa La Estancia manager or employ someone of your own choosing. Owners and their guests are responsible for any specific substantial damage repair, if incurred during your use of the property.
Landscaping of the gardens and pool maintenance is performed on a regular, scheduled basis by local professionals and is included in your maintenance calculations. Structural maintenance, including painting and repairs, is provided by the appropriate local trade contractors, as and when needed.
