Currently, Puerto Vallarta’s city sign is on the Malecon boardwalk near the main plaza and arches. The PV sign was unveiled back in 2016 during the World Tourism Day events.  Designed and created by  Carlos Terres, a talented sculptor and artist, Terres is the same artist that replaced the destroyed crown at the city’s main church. Take a photo in front of the Puerto Vallarta sign which is a perfect keepsake from a day spent in town. While the PV City Sign has been moved to various locations around town including the Marina and the Amphitheater, it is back in its original Malecon location.
